Uncle George Ard, of Pine Grove Mills, died Sat. last, at an advanced age. He leaves a wife and two sons, Joseph and Wilson Ard, and two daughters. Mrs. Ard Sr., is the mother of ex-treasurer Cyrus Goss' wife. The Missess Benner and Thomas R. Benner, of this place, are nieces and nephew, respectly. The date of the funeral not known at this writing.
